| Chassis / DrawbarIdeal tankers distinguish themselves in their chassis whereon drawbar, under carriage, lift and tank are attached. All parts of the chassis and drawbare are made from heavy duty steel, which by means of bending operations is strengthened. The drawbar is adjustable in height and optionally hydraulically suspended. All tankers are delivered as pressure tanks, made from 6mm plate steel. They are equipped with stabilizing bulkheads and a man hole in the front side for an easy cleaning with going into the tank itself. |
| Three wheel undercarriageThe ground pressure from vehicles that ride on your ground determine for the most important part the health condition of your precious land. The Soil-Protection undercarriage of the Ideal tankers ensures that the ground pressure is as low as possible. DEPENDING ON THE TANK SISE BETWEEN 0.7-1.0 KL/CM2. Besides this, this unique system ensures unprecendented riding circumstances. |
| Vacuum pumpIdeal tankers are standardly equipped with the Battioni&Pagani vacuum pumps type SE. This pump has a better lubrication because of its shorter rotor box and therefore a longer work life with a higher vacuum level. Standard is also the oil trap, silencer, which also functions as air filter with top aspiration. For control of the working pressure a lare RVS control valve is mounted. To prevent implosion and cooling of the vacuum pump a under pressure safety is mounted. |
| Vacuum/Centrifugal pumpThe Ideal CVT tanker edition has a combination pump. On the heavy switchable gearbox a vacuum pump of 12.000 L is mounted and a centrifugal pump 6500 L/m. When filling the tanker the vacuum pump is turned on and in wished for supported by the turbomaster. When bringing out the slurry the centrifugal pump is used which then ensures a constant steady release and if wished for can be controlled with a computer and a flowmeter. The Ideal CVT edition is a tanker combination with a unprecedented capacity and very low service costs combined with excellent controls. |
| lift systemThe lift system for building on a injector is for the Ideal tanker in a 4-point edition. All parts are screwed onto the chassis and with special high quality pins attached. This system is extremely stable and resistant to wear. Due to the trapezium attachment the injector comes closer to the tanker when lifted, which increases the drawbar load. The combination is completely electric-hydraulically operated. When the injector is lowered the main valve is opened and the distributor starts turning. |
| Turbo-master 8-6The Turbo-master added to your Ideal tanker increases the capacity and the filling grade considerably. Due to the special pump housing and the speed of the impellers straw and pit waste are beaten apart. Hereby plugging is prevented. A special quick coupling makes maintenance very easy. The cyclone seperator with its large turnable door doesn't let stones etc., through to the tank. |
| Suction arm Turbo-master 10-8The IDEAL Profiline tanker series can be equipped with a suction/loading arm. This increases the operating comfort and decreases the loading time. The Ideal vertical suction arm is deliverable in a 8" and in a 10" edition. With the 10" edition a Turbo-master 10-8 is built into the last turning point. |
