Stable frame

All Spider injectorst are equipped with a very stable main frame with a 4-point hitch according to Category II. By applying the double main beams the Spider injectors are built strong and still extraordinarily light in their own weight.


Transport position

The Spider injectors are folded hydraulically for transport and mechanically locked against undesirable unfolding. The model SP6230 is 2,65 m wide and from the SP7436 the transport width is 2,95 m. A well marked lighting beam with oversized lighting makes transport over public roads safe.


Element A

All Spider can be equipped with elements of choice. On this picture you can see an element "Model A:, a drag foot element with the to the front pointing coulters. This element is hung hinged and is pushed onto the ground with spring pressure.


Element B

The element model B is a ground contour following element with flat discs that make a cut before the coulter. This element has a double hing point and is pushed to the ground with spring pressure.


Distributor

The Dosi-cut slurry distributor is a by Schouten Machines in house developed and produced product. The characteristics of the Dosi-cut distributors are: * built stable for a long work life *completely galvanised against rust forming *easy to open inspection plate *air supply via 2 hanging 2" check valves *completely welded underplate and sides for more stability


Drive

The drive of the distributor rotor forms the heart of the machine with the Dosicut. The Dosicut is therefore equipped with a heavy duty OMS hydr-motor which by means of a housing and drive axle is mounted on the distributor housing. Here there is also an extra sealing mounted between slurry and drive compartment. The advantages are self explanatory: * the hydr-motor does not come into contact with the slurry. * the power distributor of the rotor is brought onto the drive axle with an 8-spline profile. * an outlet opening warns the user when a calamity does happen. * the automatic change of rotation direction prevents plugging


Open rotor

The Dosicut distributor can be delivered with a rotor which one chooses, but is always equipped with the best possiblel cutting effects. The cutting capacity is derived from the planed bottom cutting plate whereon the planed top knives fit exactly. The top knives are sharpened on 4 sides and due to the exact fitting no dirtyness comes between bottom plate and top knife. The above standing 2 arm rotor has an advantage with very dirty slurry types with coarser pollution.


2-armed rotor

For an exact distribution you automatically come by the Dosicut distributor with its closed rotor system. Only in this version there can be equal pressure in the rotor in comparison to the pressure with which the slurry is supplied. The turning rotor fills all the outlet hoses with the same amount in this way.


4-armed rotor

For larger slurry dosages/ha the Dosi-cut can be equipped with the 4-armed distributor rotor. Cutting and distributing capacity are the same as with the 2-armed rotor. (standard from DL3651).


Service plateau

For controlling or maintenance work for the distributor the Spider, from model 7436 has a service plateau. Safe in use and easily folded.
